Spatial APIs

Spatial APIs are programmatic interfaces that let applications read and write Spatial data-maps, Spatials, anchors, and events-as well as call Spatial AI services like localization, routing, or analytics. They form the backbone of any Spatial computing ecosystem, enabling interoperability across VR Spatials, AR Spatials, robotics, and backend systems. Good Spatial APIs are high-level (“find safe route to exit”) rather than low-level (“return raw pose matrix”), and they respect Spatial privacy and access control. Platforms such as Spatials.aiTM expose rich Spatial APIs so partners can build custom solutions on top of a robust Spatial data layer instead of starting from zero.
